Castle Stalker is a picturesque castle located on a small island in Loch Laich, an inlet off Loch Linnhe in Scotland. The castle is near the village of Port Appin in Argyll and Bute. The name "Stalker" comes from the Gaelic "Stalcaire," meaning "hunter" or "falconer."

The castle has a rich history and has changed hands multiple times. It played a role in the Wars of Montrose in the 17th century and was eventually abandoned. In the early 20th century, it was restored by Lt. Col. D. R. Stewart Allward.

It has gained popularity through its appearances in various films and television series. It notably appeared in the final scene of the film "Monty Python and the Holy Grail."

The castle's stunning location and unique architecture make it a notable landmark and a popular attraction for those exploring the Scottish Highlands. Visitors are often drawn to its picturesque setting and the sense of history associated with this iconic Scottish castle.
